About The Position

24/7 Xpress Enterprises is a rapidly growing logistics company specializing in contracting services with Long-Term Healthcare pharmacies across the U.S. We are seeking a Strategic Account Executive (SAE) to join our team, offering a flexible opportunity for both part-time and/or full-time interests. This position serves as an excellent employment opportunity to serve as primary or secondary income.

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of outside sales experience with a track record of success in prospecting, cold calling, closing accounts, and building robust client relationships.
• Genuine passion for understanding patient care needs and a commitment to providing exceptional service.
• Understanding of the sales cycle and process, demonstrating ownership and accountability for results.
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently, manage a robust sales pipeline, and prioritize effectively.
• Proficient in using sales analytics tools and maintaining records in a CRM system (Salesforce).
• Skilled in creating and delivering compelling presentations to clients and internal management.
• Willingness to travel as required to meet client and business needs.
• Adherence to all corporate, industry policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Expand our footprint by building strong client relationships and securing new contracts within Long Term Healthcare Pharmacy leaders.
• Conduct heavy cold calling and prospecting, focusing specifically on 'In House', non-retail pharmacies.
• Educate potential pharmacy clients on the value of our logistics and services.
• Ensure end-users receive the highest level of timely and reliable delivery.
