This position is responsible for the overall management of a book of business of fully-insured and level-funded customers. The Strategic Account Executive is accountable for the maintenance, growth, retention and profitability of existing business, the acquisition of new business on existing accounts, customer satisfaction and the strategic direction of assigned accounts. The SAE will develop strategic initiatives and business plans to meet customers’ ever-changing needs and increase retention, satisfaction, and net-promoter scores. You will have the flexibility of hybrid work allowing you the opportunity to grow and connect with your team in person and work from your home as well.
