This role sits on the Strategic Accounts team and focuses on franchise and multi-site Fitness & Wellness brands. You’ll own a small set of named Fitness & Wellness accounts and turn early traction and regional wins into brand-wide adoption. Success in this role comes from understanding how Fitness & Wellness organizations actually operate and building a partnership tailored to each brand’s goals and operating model. This role offers meaningful upside and real ownership. You’ll set the strategy for each account, develop long-term relationships with key stakeholders, and represent Connecteam at events and on-site meetings when it matters. You’ll own deals end-to-end - from early outreach with a dedicated BDR, through discovery and close, to expansion across locations, regions, and use cases. Land-and-expand is how we win.
