About The Position

We are seeking a Strategic Account Executive (SAE) focused on the AI infrastructure and hyperscaler segment — the companies defining how intelligence takes shape globally. You’ll lead NetBox Labs’ efforts to engage with and sell to the most advanced infrastructure builders on earth, including GPU cloud providers, hyperscalers, and high-performance computing operators. This is not a typical enterprise sales role. You will be in the room with executives and engineers architecting the future of AI infrastructure — where speed, scale, and mission-critical reliability are the currency of success. You’ll lead the sales charge for this critical industry by working with our senior executives and product teams. This role is for a seller who thrives in highly technical, high-velocity environments — someone who wants to be part of an inflection point in computing history.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of enterprise SaaS or infrastructure software sales experience, including closing large, multi-stakeholder deals ($250k+ ACV).
  • Demonstrated success selling into hyperscalers, cloud service providers, or AI infrastructure companies.
  • Deep technical fluency in datacenter infrastructure, networking, and automation.
  • Experience working in fast-moving, early-stage environments where velocity and adaptability are critical.
  • Executive presence and storytelling ability — able to articulate how NetBox underpins the new 'AI infrastructure economy.'
  • A track record of success in markets undergoing rapid scale and transformation.
  • Curiosity, humility, and a genuine passion for helping customers solve hard infrastructure problems at unprecedented scale.

Responsibilities

  • Map and penetrate complex organizations in the leading AI infrastructure companies, hyperscalers, and GPU cloud providers, building trust with executives, operations leaders, and engineering teams.
  • Lead multi-threaded, consultative sales cycles from initial contact to large-scale enterprise deployment and expansion.
  • Develop a deep understanding of each customer’s scale challenges — from rack-level design and capacity planning to provisioning, automation, and observability.
  • Drive new business and expansion revenue for your portfolio of AI infrastructure, hyperscalers, and GPU cloud providers, ensuring NetBox remains the backbone of their infrastructure operations.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to translate customer urgency into product acceleration.
