Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in high-stake enterprise sales environments.
  • Managed a portfolio of 5-10 accounts across a mix of existing clients and strategic prospects.
  • Proven track record of exceeding quota-$2M+ in new recurring revenue year over year.
  • Deep experience selling into the C-Suite at major financial institutions.
  • Skilled at building compelling ROI-driven business cases tailored to the needs of financial services clients.
  • Adept at crafting complex, high-value sales proposals that resonate with multiple stakeholders.
  • Comfortable leading cross-functional deal teams including solution engineers, product specialists, customer success, and training leads.

  • Increase recurring revenue within global financial institutions.
  • Craft a strong point of view, leveraging cross-functional expertise to align Arteria's solutions with pressing business challenges.
  • Generate qualified pipeline through value-driven storytelling that resonates with banking leaders.
  • Accurately forecast deal size and timelines.
  • Build business cases grounded in measurable ROI from Arteria's platform.
  • Handle objections with confidence while moving deals forward.
  • Navigate and influence C-level priorities, connecting enterprise initiatives back to our value proposition.
  • Orchestrate complex deal cycles across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Close $1M+ deals within large banks, backed by a deep understanding of how they operate.
  • Maintain a sharp, evolving territory plan and account strategy.
