As a Strategic Account Director, you will collaborate with our cross-brand enterprise sellers to sell talent solutions that drive business results. Our challenge to you - beat out the competition! • Drive year over year profitable account growth and push out the competition • Leverage our thought leadership to position yourself as an industry leader and trusted talent advisor to the client C-suite • Translate client strategy and priorities into clear sales plans that capitalizes on client and industry opportunities • Strategically manage and grow Enterprise client portfolio to ensure we leave nothing on the table Role Purpose: The Strategic Account Director is responsible for the profitable growth of Right Management solutions in a portfolio of ManpowerGroup enterprise clients. Owns the relationship with the client, consulting on talent management solutions to improve business results. Contributes to a cross-functional consulting and delivery team and collaborates with other brand subject matter expert/sales teams to identify and scope opportunities.
