About The Position

We are looking for a smart and engaging sales leader with a proven track record and a passion for learning to join Right Management’s sales team as a Strategic Account Director. As a Strategic Account Director, you will collaborate with our cross-brand enterprise sellers to sell talent solutions that drive business results. Our challenge to you - beat out the competition! • Drive year over year profitable account growth and push out the competition • Leverage our thought leadership to position yourself as an industry leader and trusted talent advisor to the client C-suite • Translate client strategy and priorities into clear sales plans that capitalizes on client and industry opportunities • Strategically manage and grow Enterprise client portfolio to ensure we leave nothing on the table Role Purpose: The Strategic Account Director is responsible for the profitable growth of Right Management solutions in a portfolio of ManpowerGroup enterprise clients. Owns the relationship with the client, consulting on talent management solutions to improve business results. Contributes to a cross-functional consulting and delivery team and collaborates with other brand subject matter expert/sales teams to identify and scope opportunities.

Requirements

  • Sales: 10+ years selling a solution / in a professional services industry
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Nice To Haves

  • Industry knowledge: In-depth knowledge and experience of human capital and/or talent management, relevant experience with client verticals a plus
  • Experience working in a global complex/matrixed environment

Responsibilities

  • Drive client growth while aligning to organizational values and established guidelines and budgets.
  • Accountable for overall account growth and profitability which includes pricing and scoping of work.
  • Build sales penetration strategy that capitalizes on ManpowerGroup client portfolio.
  • Own the relationship with the C-suite and partner with cross-brand sales teams to strategically build client network and influence.
  • Create and present account reviews and consult with leaders on talent management solutions, identifying and pursuing potential Right Management and cross-brand opportunities.
  • Address account escalations with focus on client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Subject matter expert on client industry and business, looked to for World of Work expertise.
  • Offer customized workforce solutions to clients by collaborating across teams/brands to leverage the full suite of ManpowerGroup solutions.
