About The Position

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Strategic Account Director to lead and grow some of our largest and most critical partnerships headquartered across North America, including Wal-Mart. For this reason, this position is based in Bentonville, AR. This role is ideal for a relationship-focused professional with a strong commercial mindset and a passion for solving complex strategic challenges.

Requirements

  • 7-10 years of proven success in account management and revenue growth, preferably in retail, digital, or financial services.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and inspire.
  • Demonstrated success in relationship management and strategic thinking.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially in creating professional presentations.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Establish, nurture, and expand a portfolio of high-value strategic accounts across North America, driving revenue growth and exceeding performance targets, with a focus on Wal-Mart.
  • Analyze partner performance data against industry benchmarks to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
  • Develop a deep understanding of each partner’s business model, goals, and success metrics across stakeholders.
  • Work across internal teams to address strategic network challenges and support the rollout of impactful solutions.
  • Lead the development and execution of annual account plans with clear goals and success measures.
  • Conduct quarterly in-person meetings to ensure alignment and progress.
  • Support renewal negotiations and retention strategies to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Ensure all partner interactions and activities are accurately documented in the CRM system.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships across all levels and geographies within assigned partner organizations.
  • Conduct regular in-person meetings to foster trust and alignment.
  • Collaborate internally to solve strategic network issues and implement solutions effectively.
