About The Position

The Strategic Account Cyber Security Leader owns the end-to-end security strategy, execution, and growth across a strategic account. Responsibilities include: • Leading and delivering complex cybersecurity consulting engagements. • Driving cybersecurity governance, risk management, compliance, vulnerability management, and incident response. • Developing and managing the application security (AppSec) program.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001, OWASP).
  • Analytical thinking and risk management capability.
  • Experience with SDLC and DevSecOps practices.
  • Executive presence and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 12–15+ years in cybersecurity with consulting and delivery leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain relationships with customer security organization
  • Lead selling and delivery of cybersecurity engagements.
  • Build business cases and maintain executive-level client relationships.
  • Mentor and develop cross-functional teams.
  • Establish and mature security governance and policies.
  • Oversee vulnerability management and incident response.
  • Lead disaster recovery and ISMS-aligned security operations.
  • Develop & manage AppSec policies, standards, and procedures.
  • Conduct SAST/DAST/IAST, SCA, threat modeling, and penetration testing.
  • Train developers on secure coding.
  • Partner with engineering to remediate vulnerabilities.
  • Manage AppSec tooling and pipeline integrations.
  • Participate in AppSec-related incident response.
  • Track and report AppSec KPIs/KRIs.
