CHI Overhead Doors is seeking a Strategic Account Coordinator to provide dedicated support for key customer programs and internal sales operations. This role will manage the National Agreement relationship as the primary internal point of contact, ensuring account setup, rebate administration, product support, estimates, and warranty management are handled accurately and efficiently. In addition, the Strategic Account Coordinator will support our builder programs by verifying rebates, assisting with vendor relations, and identifying opportunities for growth. The position will also assist the Division Sales Manager with data requests, project support, and other special assignments. This position is based in Arthur, IL with occasional travel to key account events (less than 25%) and reports directly to the Division Sales Manager.
