About The Position

The position involves ensuring that all loads are strapped and tarped according to safety regulations. The essential job functions include strapping loads to flatbed trailers, tarping loads to flatbed trailers, and maintaining timely and regular attendance as determined by supervisory personnel.

Requirements

• Knowledge of all applicable DOT Regulations and Motor Carrier Safety Regulations.
• Pass required drug/alcohol test.
• Able to handle equipment including chains, straps, tarps, tiedowns, etc.

Responsibilities

• Straps loads to flat bed trailers.
• Tarps loads to flat bed trailers.
• Timely and regular attendance according to the scheduled shift as determined by supervisory personnel.
