Requirements

Experience working with Strapi CMS (required)
Strong JavaScript/TypeScript and Node.js skills
Familiarity with REST and/or GraphQL APIs
Knowledge of modern front-end frameworks
Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows
Strong attention to detail and an eye for clean, efficient architecture
Ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
A positive, solutions-focused mindset and eagerness to grow with the team
Must be at least 21 years of age
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Facility Agent Card (or equivalent) if required by your state
Ability to sit or stand for extended periods while working on a computer
Ability to troubleshoot, problem-solve, and manage multiple priorities
Comfort working in a fast-moving environment with shifting business needs

Responsibilities

Build, customize, and maintain Strapi CMS components, APIs, and content structures
Develop clean, scalable backend logic using JavaScript/TypeScript and Node.js
Support integrations between Strapi and internal/external systems
Troubleshoot CMS issues and optimize performance, security, and usability
Collaborate with marketing, content, and operations teams to support publishing workflows
Assist with front-end components as needed (React, Next.js, or similar)
Document technical changes, updates, and best practices
Maintain clean, organized, and secure code across environments
