About The Position
We are seeking a dedicated Strain Improvement Lab Technician to join our team and support scientists in executing project tasks while ensuring the smooth operation of laboratory workflows. This role requires preparation of microbial growth media, equipment sterilization, high-throughput growth, sample harvesting, and coordination with other departments for efficient material transfers and processing. The ideal candidate will identify areas for improvement, actively seek opportunities to enhance operational efficiency, and manage tasks and team activities proactively.
