Requirements

Valid Class B CDL (Class A preferred)
Hazmat endorsement required
Valid DOT Medical Card
High school diploma or GED, or at least 2 years of relevant experience
Ability to follow DOT regulations and company policies
Strong communication, reading, writing, and basic math skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexibility, reliability, and problem-solving skills
Ability to lift up to 60 lbs regularly (up to 85 lbs occasionally) and be on your feet for extended periods

Nice To Haves

Experience operating forklifts, pallet jacks, and lift gates preferred

Responsibilities

Safely operate diesel-powered trucks to transport products, chemicals, and supplies between the plant, farms, and retail locations
Deliver retail orders accurately and on schedule
Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections in compliance with DOT regulations
Follow all DOT, FMCSA, HOS, biosecurity, and food safety requirements
Load, wrap, label, secure, and transport hazmat skids properly
Restack and hand-unload materials at farm locations as needed
Operate forklifts (seated and stand-up), pallet jacks, and lift gates
Create and manage schedules, routing, and Bills of Lading
Communicate effectively with supervisors, customers, and team members
Respond appropriately to on-road issues and changing conditions
Wear proper PPE and utilize Safety Data Sheets (SDS)
Maintain a strong safety record and excellent attendance
Perform other duties as assigned by leadership
