About The Position
The STR Management/Replenishment Manager is responsible for overseeing the replenishment processes within the store operations. This role involves ensuring that inventory levels are maintained efficiently to meet customer demand while minimizing excess stock. The manager will work closely with various departments to analyze sales trends, forecast inventory needs, and implement strategies to optimize stock levels. This position requires a strong understanding of supply chain management and the ability to lead a team effectively. The STR Management/Replenishment Manager will also be tasked with developing and maintaining relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products and to negotiate favorable terms. Additionally, the manager will be responsible for training and mentoring staff in replenishment best practices and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. In this role, the manager will utilize data analytics to drive decision-making and improve replenishment processes. This includes monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) related to inventory turnover, stockouts, and order accuracy. The STR Management/Replenishment Manager will also be involved in budget management, ensuring that replenishment activities are conducted within financial constraints while still meeting operational goals.
