About The Position

The STP Screens Assembler is responsible for grinding Screens, and for troubleshooting and resolving issues. Consistently maintain an average of four or fewer Operator Error NRs per week. Grind materials according to the assigned due dates. Ability to consistently maintain proper workflow, ensuring that no more than 10 Equivalent Screens are waiting to be ground at any time. Capability of grinding all screens except Telsonics with welded transducers, Pharma Screens, and New Product Screens. Maintain and promote proper housekeeping throughout the work area. Follow and actively promote all safety policies. Contribute to an atmosphere of teamwork and cooperation. Demonstrate knowledge of and compliance with all applicable standard operating procedures. Minimum Qualifications & Experience: High School Diploma or Equivalent. 0-2 years experience in a manufacturing setting. Must be able to wear required PPE along with respirator, impact resistant gloves and apron. Strong organizational and problem solving skills Ability to communicate with management and peers in a clear and professional manner. Efficient in basic computer skills: accessing and sending emails, completing online certifications and tests, etc. Proactively identify and resolve any issues or problems that could arise and/or the ability to direct said issue or problem to the appropriate team. This role follows a full time schedule and requires regular in‑person work at our Florence, KY office. Candidates must live within commuting distance. Must have the legal right to work and reside in the United States without visa sponsorship. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: ♦ Lift at least 50 lbs from floor to knuckles level on an occasional basis. ♦ Lift at least 50 lbs from floor to waist level on an occasional basis, ♦ Lift at least 25 lbs from floor to shoulder level on an occasional basis, and ♦ Carry at least 50 lbs for a minimum distance of 100 feet on an occasional basis

Requirements

High School Diploma or Equivalent
0-2 years experience in a manufacturing setting
