Supports Food and Beverage department in ensuring all ovens, ranges, stoves, broilers, grills, deep fryers, etc. are cleaned and maintained to Company standards and specifications. Must assemble and disassemble kitchen equipment and clean. Maintain safety and sanitation standards in accordance with the policies of the Department of Health.
