About The Position

The Storytelling Program Manager will lead the planning, coordination, and evaluation of programs designed to activate storytelling and creative expression among Hispanic communities. This role involves managing immersive experiences, guiding program facilitators, and collaborating with participants, faith-based partners, and internal stakeholders. The manager will ensure programs inspire engagement, faith-in-action, and community impact while monitoring outcomes and recommending improvements. This position combines program leadership, community engagement, and operational oversight in a dynamic and culturally rich environment. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, bilingual proficiency, and a passion for arts, innovation, and holistic community development.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Arts, Social Sciences, Divinity, Ministry, Administration, Education, or related field; Master’s preferred
  • 5+ years of experience working with faith-based organizations, pastoral leaders, and diverse communities; 7+ years in program leadership preferred
  • Deep understanding of Hispanic cultural storytelling and Christian traditions
  • Proven program coordination and project management experience
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and critical thinking abilities
  • Proficiency with technology systems and project management tools
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with diverse stakeholders
  • Passion for mission-driven work and community impact

Responsibilities

  • Plan, implement, and evaluate storytelling programs and creative camps to ensure effective engagement and impact
  • Recruit, support, and guide program participants, fostering community and collaboration
  • Oversee logistics, materials, and tools for programs, ensuring operational excellence and compliance with policies
  • Manage budgets, track expenses, and maintain accurate program documentation
  • Supervise program coordinators and facilitators, assigning responsibilities and supporting their growth
  • Implement marketing and communication strategies to promote programs and maintain stakeholder engagement
  • Collect, analyze, and report program data to inform improvements and demonstrate impact
  • Cultivate relationships with donors, sponsors, and foundations to secure program funding
