About The Position
We are seeking passionate storytellers for a unique opportunity to contribute to a YouTube channel. This position is ideal for individuals who have compelling real-life experiences to share, particularly those who have faced challenges such as homelessness, job instability, or other life struggles. The role involves conveying your stories on camera, and while no prior experience is necessary, the ability to engage an audience is crucial. The compensation for this role is performance-based, meaning it will depend on the viewership of the content you create. However, for those who excel and capture the audience's attention, the potential for earnings is unlimited. This is a long-term project that requires a commitment of about 1-2 hours per month, but the schedule is flexible to accommodate your availability. We are particularly interested in individuals from diverse backgrounds, including self-employed individuals, ex-cons, travelers, veterans (especially older veterans), and those who have held various odd jobs. We welcome stories from seniors, especially those who grew up in economically challenging times during the 1940s to 1970s. If you have photographs to accompany your stories, that would be a significant advantage. We are looking for authentic narratives that resonate with viewers, and we encourage individuals who have faced failures or setbacks to apply, as these experiences can often lead to the most compelling stories. Please note that we are not interested in vulgar or sexual content, as this requires excessive editing and can hinder the growth of the channel. If you are under 40, we expect you to have lived a life full of significant experiences to be considered for this role.
