About The Position

The Story Intern position at Pixar Animation Studios is a 12-week summer internship designed for individuals interested in pursuing a career as a Storyboard Artist. Interns will engage in an intensive program that focuses on visual storytelling, collaborating with mentors and fellow interns to enhance their drawing and storyboarding skills. The internship includes learning about Pixar's production pipeline, completing visual storytelling assignments, and participating in presentations and screenings to support skill development.

Requirements

• Interest in a career as a Storyboard Artist at an animation studio.
• An online portfolio showcasing storyboards, thumbnails, comic strips, and narrative illustrations.
• Working knowledge of Photoshop.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to work collaboratively.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• Availability to work full-time from June 2, 2025, to August 22, 2025.
• Legal right to work in the United States.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in animation, VFX, gaming, or computer graphics-focused industries.
• Background in art, illustration, animation, film, or related fields.

Responsibilities
