About The Position

In this full-time role, you'll delegate tasks, operate equipment like excavators and skid steers, and tackle erosion repairs, dredging, grading, and planting. You'll ensure safety, track hours, and submit reports, all while leading projects that protect communities and the environment. Requirements

Experience in landscaping, stormwater management, or the aquatic industry, and must have proven leadership or supervisory experience.
Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines
Proficiency with landscaping and construction equipment
Effective communication and team management skills
Clean driving record and willingness to travel between job sites in a company vehicle
Commitment to safety, problem-solving, and innovative thinking
Must be able to pass a background check and a drug test.
