SUMMARY Responsible for the overall management of flood control, drainage, and water resources engineering projects for public agency clients, including cities, counties, flood control districts, and regional water management agencies. Accountable for project performance, ensuring technical accuracy, regulatory compliance, and high‑quality hydrologic/hydraulic deliverables. Provides direction and guidance to project teams focused on stormwater systems, channel improvements, detention/retention design, watershed studies, and drainage master planning.
