About The Position

Join our team as an Stormwater Professional I within our Stormwater practice area. This is a hybrid role based out of our Raleigh, North Carolina office. In this role, you will assist in the planning, design, and analysis of stormwater management systems, watershed studies, and environmental compliance projects. You’ll work closely with experienced engineers to develop technical reports, perform hydrologic and hydraulic modeling, and contribute to sustainable water resource solutions. This position is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career professional eager to gain hands-on experience in stormwater management, flood mitigation, and drainage design. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in water resources engineering. Familiarity with modeling software such as HEC-RAS, SWMM, or similar tools is preferred. Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
0-1+ years of related professional experience (internships and co-ops considered).
Exposure to and/or experience with AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Geopak, or related design software.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Self-motivated, eager to learn, and able to take direction.
Ability to prioritize multiple tasks under deadlines.
Demonstrates enthusiasm, flexibility, and commitment to professional growth
