Triangle Pond Management, an industry leader in water resource solutions, is looking for a full-time Stormwater Construction and Repair Foreman to join our team in Raleigh, NC. You'll enjoy competitive pay (hourly or salary, commensurate with experience) and a comprehensive benefits package, all while working for a company that values innovation, teamwork, and professional development. This is a full-time opportunity with a typical schedule of Monday through Friday, 7 AM to 4 PM. Hours may vary based on workload, weather, or operational needs; occasional Saturdays may be required. As a Stormwater Construction and Repair Foreman, you will lead skilled crews to execute stormwater repair projects across residential and commercial sites. Your role will require operating equipment such as skid steers, excavators, mini-excavators, and slope mowers with precision and care. You will read and interpret construction drawings, planting plans, and surveys, while utilizing technology to submit detailed service reports and track project hours and material costs. Maintaining tools and documenting expenses will be part of your regular routine, as you ensure seamless execution, quality workmanship, and compliance on every project.
