About The Position

Triangle Pond Management, an industry leader in water resource solutions, is looking for a full-time Stormwater Construction and Repair Foreman to join our team in Raleigh, NC. This is a full-time opportunity with a typical schedule of Monday through Friday, 7 AM to 4 PM. Hours may vary based on workload, weather, or operational needs; occasional Saturdays may be required. As a Stormwater Construction and Repair Foreman, you will lead skilled crews to execute stormwater repair projects across residential and commercial sites. Each day, you will supervise and train your team, delegating tasks to ensure project objectives are met efficiently and safely. You will be hands-on with operations, performing erosion and pipe repairs, dredging, sediment removal, grading, mowing, and planting. Your role will require operating equipment such as skid steers, excavators, mini-excavators, and slope mowers with precision and care. You will read and interpret construction drawings, planting plans, and surveys, while utilizing technology to submit detailed service reports and track project hours and material costs. Maintaining tools and documenting expenses will be part of your regular routine, as you ensure seamless execution, quality workmanship, and compliance on every project. Requirements

  • Experience in landscaping, stormwater management, or the aquatic industry, specifically related to construction/enhancement projects
  • Proficiency in operating construction equipment (Track Loaders, Excavators, Dozers, etc.)
  • Effective communication and team management skills
  • Clean driving record and willingness to travel between job sites in a company vehicle
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines
  • Commitment to safety, problem-solving, and innovative thinking
  • Must be able to pass a background check and a drug test.
