About The Position
Artisan Roofing and Solar is seeking to expand its team of storm restoration representatives to manage the increasing volume of insurance claims resulting from recent storm damage, particularly hail and wind, affecting the Dallas metropolitan area. The company has experienced significant growth, with revenue tripling from 2020 to 2023, and anticipates further expansion to $5 million in restoration projects for 2024. To support this growth, we are looking for 3-5 motivated and energetic individuals who can assist homeowners with their insurance claims, conduct estimates, and perform storm damage inspections. No prior experience is required, as Artisan Roofing and Solar offers a comprehensive training program designed to equip new hires with essential knowledge in construction, insurance, and storm damage assessment within just five days. This role is not remote; representatives will engage directly with customers in the field. The compensation structure includes a guaranteed base salary ranging from $84,000 to $94,000, supplemented by commissions for completed claims and bonuses based on performance. Representatives will be responsible for inspecting homes for storm damage, educating homeowners about the repair and claims process, and generating leads for new business opportunities.
