About The Position
Under direct supervision, responsible for receiving, storing, issuing and delivering supplies and equipment. Core Competencies Completes the necessary paperwork and notes discrepancies according to departmental procedure. Receives incoming supplies and verifies that the merchandise received matches the packing list, requisition, and purchase order. Stocks shelves according to procedure. Fills orders from user departments for supplies. Loads truck and delivers supplies and equipment to the Medical Center in a timely and courteous manner. Picks up equipment and supplies from the Medical Center for return to the Warehouse. Answers the telephone and responds to user department requests for assistance. Uses equipment including forklift, pallet jack, delivery truck and step ladders in a safe manner according to policy. Requirements
- CA Class C driver’s license or obtain within 6 months if out of state driver’s license
