Why Join Us | DuPont Careers DuPont is seeking an enthusiastic, innovative and driven Stores & Receiving Associate to work at our Yerkes Plant, located in Buffalo, New York, which is the North American manufacturing home of Corian® solid surface products, introduced in 1968 and the founding manufacturing location for Tedlar® polyvinyl fluoride (PVF) films, introduced in 1961. As a Stores & Receiving Associate you will be responsible for the safe and timely reception, unloading, and delivery of materials across the site.

Requirements

High School diploma or GED equivalent required
Willing and able to work overtime, sometimes on short notice
Willing and able to wear appropriate PPE (personal protective equipment) including a respirator
Willing and able to lift and move objects that weigh up to 55 lbs (25 kg)
Willing and able to climb multiple flights of stairs, multiple times per day
Willing and able to work on elevated surfaces climbing open vertical ladders
Demonstrated proficiency using computers and interfacing with display screens
Must have a valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

Assemble and prepare off-plant shipments, arrange carriers, set up and expedite all foreign and domestic shipments
Fill reservations and kits for the maintenance team
Perform weekly cycle counts for inventory
Conduct full inventory counts and recounts as required
