About The Position

As a District Manager, you'll provide strategic leadership and direction to a portfolio of stores within your district-driving an exceptional customer and employee experience that delivers strong business results. You'll develop and coach Store Managers and their teams to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs), strengthen brand loyalty, and ensure operational excellence across all locations. You'll inspire collaboration, cultivate future leaders, and create an environment where teams feel empowered to grow and succeed. You'll bring strategy to life-analyzing business performance, identifying opportunities, and implementing action plans that align your district with company goals and values. Requirements

  • Passionate about delivering an outstanding guest and employee experience.
  • A proven retail leader with 5-7 years of multi-store or senior retail management experience, preferably in fashion or accessories.
  • Skilled in developing and mentoring Store Managers and high-performing teams to the next level.
  • Strategic and analytical, with the ability to interpret KPIs and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
  • A strong communicator with exceptional presentation, collaboration, and influencing skills.
  • Detail-oriented with high standards of execution and accountability.
  • Experienced in driving sales, profitability, and operational excellence across multiple locations.
  • Committed to continuous learning, sharing best practices, and fostering a culture of innovation and teamwork.
  • A strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment.
  • Ability to travel 50% or more within assigned markets.
  • Flexible schedule based on business needs.
