Responsible for pulling and organizing inventory to fulfill work orders as well as maintaining inventory organization and accuracy. Assisting with storms or other Company emergencies is a part of all positions at Portland General Electric. Requirements

Minimum high school degree or equivalent.
Must possess and maintain valid driver's license.
Must acquire PGE forklift certification within 6 months of start date and maintain.
Must pass pre-employment physical and drug screen.
Inventory/warehouse experience-minimum of 3 years, preferred.

Responsibilities

Work safely.
Keep stock properly labeled, receive, check and sort material in Storeroom.
Issue and return material, supplies, and tools.
Use hand tools in the assembly and disassembly of materials.
Sort, recondition, and restock material in salvage area.
Operate vehicles, such as forklifts, small trucks, and pickups.
Enter inventory transaction data into the PGE Inventory Management System.
Maintain general housekeeping in storeroom and in yard.
Other duties as assigned.
