About The Position

Accurately count inventory, while investigating and correcting any discrepancies in book vs shelf quantities Actively participate in department housekeeping duties, including but not limited to sweeping, dusting, organizing equipment and palletizing parts Accurately receive in parts from 3rd party carriers, paying attention to detail on packing list quantity vs physical verification and documenting any exceptions as required Delivering parts to appropriate drop zones around the facility with accurate labeling and documenting delivery logs Fulfilling internal material orders in a timely manner daily, consolidating individual components into work order “kits” for stakeholder end use Utilizing a forklift and other heavy equipment to safely pick materials from pallet racks Execute material replenishment planning to maintain storeroom inventory levels

Requirements

  • Must be currently 18 years of age or older
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Wear required safety equipment
  • Operate or work in industrial conditions (may be warm/hot, dusty/dirty, around hazardous chemicals, noise, heavy machinery or elevated working surfaces (with proper safety training and safety protection)
  • 8 hour day shift schedule of Monday-Friday from 6:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m
  • Ability to work overtime and participate in 12 hour shift for 1-2 days quarterly, and 2 weeks annually, for maintenance outages

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in an industrial environment preferred
