About The Position

This position is responsible for managing the storeroom, day-to-day operations and the successful execution of safe and profitable business operation, customer service, and consistent compliance with procedures and policies. It is designated as a Safety Critical role. Key activities include: Adhere to INEOS Pigments’ 20 Principles of Process and Behavioural Safety and Life Saving Rules Ensure that all work is done in accordance with applicable policies, standards, procedures, and protocols Monitor workflows throughout the complex to ensure timely accomplishment of service and logistics duties Lead staff to anticipate and solve problems and plan for workload changes Identify and develop strategies for continual process improvements to meet the needs of the business Motivate and encourage growth and development of staff Coach and encourage staff to perform work in a safe, efficient and reliable manner, foster teamwork and pride, and communicate plant goals, standards and direction, and ensure accountability Monitoring and verification of inventory; complete cycle counts Oversee the timely receipt and put away of deliveries for the plant Conduct scheduled Safety Meetings as well as daily Toolbox Talks , and ensure the ongoing compliance of safety rules, safe work practices, and housekeeping and perform safety audits Complete weekly and monthly reporting requirements to support procurement Monitor and manage storeroom expenses Ability to work outside normal work schedule hours and on-call coverage as assigned Perform other duties as required About You You should possess: High school completion or equivalent required A minimum or two years’ experience in a related storeroom or warehouse environment Computer literacy (MS Office, SAP, Minitab) Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to communicate technical subjects to a nontechnical audience in a training environment Integrity, safety commitment, teamwork, organization/ time-management, analytical thinking, problem-solving, and leadership skills

Requirements
