About The Position

The Storeroom Production Manager at Sodexo will oversee food production and inventory management at Holloman Air Force Base, ensuring efficient operations in a dining facility serving military personnel and their families. This role focuses on managing day-to-day operations, including procurement, inventory control, and compliance with safety standards, while leading a team to deliver high-quality service.

Requirements

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent education.
• At least 1 year of basic management experience.
• Five years of work history demonstrating strong production and inventory management skills.
• Strong background in food safety and sanitation compliance.
• Experience working in a Union environment.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and demonstrate professional communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage storeroom operations and inventory management, including forecasting and ordering for production needs.
• Utilize Sodexo and military resources to direct daily operations, including food production and procurement.
• Ensure employees have the necessary equipment and resources to meet goals and deadlines.
• Establish and maintain a safe work environment in compliance with regulatory and Sodexo standards.
• Control food costs and comply with budget requirements by making necessary adjustments.
• Supervise employees by delegating tasks and monitoring operating standards.
• Ensure compliance with Sodexo and Air Force standards.
