WE LOVE OUR WORK. The storeroom clerk is responsible for supplying all food & beverage outlets with food products.
Requirements
- Must be age 21
- High School Diploma or equivalent work experience related to the nature of the position
Responsibilities
- Ensures all received product is checked for weights, temperature, and quality
- Fill requisitions for F&B outlets
- Receive fresh dry products daily and rotate as needed
- Inform Executive Chef and Production Chef of product nearing the end of its shelf life
- Take inventory and report to accounting
