The company operates eleven manufacturing facilities in nine states. About You The person that we are looking for is detail oriented and is used to following standard procedures to maintain inventory, keep work area organized and clean, and work with various members of the team to ensure efficient plant operations. Position Snapshot A Storeroom Clerk is commonly expected to have knowledge of math, standard office equipment, and basic computer skills. To be successful in this role you will:

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• knowledge of arithmetic, English and grammar.
• Accuracy and simple use of calculators, adding machine, telephone and typical office equipment.
• Adaptable to clerical routines.
• Proficient in Excel, Word, Oracle and IWP computer system and any other computer software.
• Ability to read a tape measure, micrometer, calipers, and other measuring devices preferred.
• A minimum of 3 months' work-related experience is required.
• An equivalent combination of education and work-related experience may be acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Issue material, tools, parts and inputs storeroom activity into MAXIMO.
• Use iPad to perform daily cycle counts within storeroom inventory to assure adequate supplies are on hand and accounted for.
• Evaluate inventory and ensure that reorders within the system are timely and accurate.
• Receive in Maximo, uploads photo and properly stores parts/supplies in designated areas.
• Coordinate supply pickups and deliveries as needed.
• Place received items in proper storeroom location or deliver to proper internal customer
• Enter requisitions for repair or maintenance items
• Issue Maximo item numbers for additions to inventory
• Rebuild and issue wiredrawing dies
• Resurface (grind) used electrodes
