About The Position

As a Storeroom Clerk, you will support hotel operations by ensuring accurate receiving, storage, and distribution of goods while maintaining the highest standards of organization, cleanliness, and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a storeroom, warehouse, or inventory-related role.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to follow procedures and work independently or as part of a team.
  • Basic computer skills for inventory systems.
  • Physical ability to lift, move, and store goods as required.
  • A positive attitude, reliability, and commitment to service excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, and verify deliveries against purchase orders and invoices
  • Store merchandise in an organized, safe, and accessible manner following company standards.
  • Issue supplies to departments in a timely and accurate way.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock counts and audits.
  • Ensure storeroom areas meet cleanliness, safety, and hygiene standards.
  • Report discrepancies, damages, or shortages promptly.
  • Support sustainability and loss-prevention practices.
