Requirements

• Complexity of Work: Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
• Required Work Experience: No experience required
• No Degree or any other education earned (Required)

Responsibilities

• Conducts inventory.
• Places all food and supply orders for the department to maintain required levels.
• Receives all department deliveries following food safety guidelines.
• Checks deliveries for damaged, spoiled, or out of date items.
• Follows First In, First Out (FIFO) when putting away orders.
• Labels and dates items as required.
• May prepare and deliver floor stock items.
• Maintains all storage areas in a clean and organized condition.
