As a Storeroom Clerk at the Grand Geneva Resort & Spa, you will facilitate the ordering, purchase, receiving, storage, safeguarding and distribution of all food and beverage products. Grand Geneva in Lake Geneva is a 1,300 acre, AAA Four Diamond resort and spa recognized as a Top Resort in the Midwest by Conde Nast Traveler. Requirements

• Must be 18 years old and able to lift up to 60 lbs.
• Computer literate, quick to learn new systems.
• Experience with pallet jack and forklift (training available).
• Capable of working in extreme hot and cold environments.
• Requires standing, lifting, and walking for most of shift.
• Basic understanding of hotel food/beverage products.
• Organized, safety-minded, and able to follow directions well.
• Strong customer service, communication, recordkeeping and math skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist with food and beverage inventories.
• Process requisitions and ensure timely deliveries.
• Receive and store products, ensuring freshness.
• Maintain storeroom cleanliness and health code compliance.
• Adapt to working in both hot and cold environments.
• Scan invoices into e-procurement software.
• Handle UPS label printing for shipments.
• Shred classified documents as needed.
