Currently, we are actively seeking a skilled and reliable Part-time Storeroom Attendant to become an integral part of our dynamic team. As a Storeroom Attendant, maintaining an efficient and organized storeroom, managing inventory levels, receiving, and issuing goods, and ensuring accurate record-keeping.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a storeroom or warehouse role.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy items; willingness to use equipment like forklifts if required.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock checks.
  • Optimize storage space and organize materials efficiently.
  • Receive and verify incoming goods; accurately issue materials based on requisitions.
  • Collaborate with purchasing for timely orders and monitor stock levels for reorder.
  • Keep detailed transaction records, generate periodic reports on inventory, and ensure compliance.
  • Adhere to safety protocols for handling and storing materials.
  • Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure compliance with regulations.
