The role is based in Pryor, OK (onsite including a 12-hour rotating shift) position Where You’ll Make a Difference The MRO Storeroom Attendant will work under the immediate supervision of the MRO Storeroom Lead and will work with the MRO planner in various aspects of daily Storeroom operations. Receiving: Unloading shipments; counting and visually inspecting packages; receiving shipment in apparent good order or annotating delivery receipt for visible damage or shortage and releasing carrier; opening packages and inspecting for concealed damage and quality; receiving materials to stock in SAP; filing packing slips, bills of lading, and inspection reports. Maintaining Stock in Storage: care for the material in the stockroom utilizing smart Storeroom principles; employ effective storage locator system; label bins; make maximum use of the space; protect stock against loss or damage, use common sense approaches to managing shelf-life items and ensure that all materials deemed critical for the operations are stored on the shelf as prescribed by the company. Issuing Stock: use the inventory issues transaction in SAP to post quantities issued from the Store Issue Slips daily. Performing inventory cycle counts to verify current balance on hand and inventory accuracy. Requisitioning and replenishing supplies and materials by ordering new items as needed. Miscellaneous activities to support continuous improvement projects.

Requirements

Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers and suppliers
Capability to perform moderate physical tasks including lifting, walking, standing, bending, twisting, climbing, and kneeling throughout the shift
Professional interaction with a wide range of co-workers, contractors, and suppliers

Nice To Haves

Willing to attend/ learn safety training, lockout tagout, fork truck, scissor lift, respirator training, etc.
Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office products
