About The Position

Performs various tasks, including checking and unloading incoming shipments at the Paterson plant location in Paterson, WA. Following process to issue, return, kit parts for work orders assigned to all maintenance personnel. Directly accountable for assisting in cycle counts, receiving, and directly associated with compliance with Sarbanes Oxley Act of 2002. Additional duties as assigned and reports to Team Leader Storeroom Job Description Assist with all maintenance shop parts room activities. Works with maintenance personnel to obtain and issue parts. Restocks inventory as needed. Assist with operating a forklift or pallet jack. Data entry- SAP, Cycle counts, Schedules. Answer incoming and place phone calls. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Required GED or High School Diploma
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Experience in material handling in all aspects of plant needs.
• Experience working with Excel, Microsoft Word, and SAP.
• 3-6 months of data entry experience.
• Must be customer service oriented.
• Must have knowledge of inventory management.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and to stand, walk, bend, stoop, climb, twist and turn frequently.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.

Nice To Haves

• Working knowledge of SAP preferred
• 6 months related experience preferred but not required.
• Lead experience preferred.
