About The Position
The position involves performing all phases of warehouse work, including directing and training assigned personnel. The role requires knowledge of warehouse practices and procedures, as well as the ability to assist personnel in identifying required materials and recommending substitutions for non-stocked items. The employee will maintain contact with local suppliers, inspect incoming materials, process purchase orders, and perform cycle counting. Additionally, the role includes operating warehouse equipment, maintaining inventory, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
