About The Position

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of retail or food service experience.
• 1 year of experience in a leadership role within retail, guest service, or restaurant settings.
• ServSafe/Food Safety certification is a plus but not mandatory.
• Strong communication skills and comfort in interacting with guests and team members.
• High energy and ability to adapt quickly to changing tasks.
• Team-oriented with a willingness to assist others.

Nice To Haves

• Computer skills are helpful.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in building and developing a strong store team through training, scheduling, and coaching.
• Monitor product levels on the sales floor, ensuring stock is rotated and full at all times.
• Oversee quality control, merchandising, and food safety programs in locations that offer hot food.
• Maintain the overall appearance and cleanliness of the store, including the coffee station, food service area, and restrooms.
• Operate the cash register efficiently and assist in food service operations as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Store Manager or District Manager.
