About The Position

Norco is currently seeking an individual to fill our Store Warehouse Team Member position. The Store Warehouse Team Member is responsible for accomplishing all shipping and receiving on a daily basis and to maintain the warehouse in a neat and orderly fashion. Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Requirements

• High school graduate or equivalent
• Ability to accurately enter data into computer and acquire a working knowledge of any software applications applicable to the position
• Good organizational and customer service skills
• Good communications skills
• Has a basic knowledge of home care medical and industrial products and supplies
• Ability to lift and/or carry objects weighing up to 50 lbs. frequently and occasionally weighing over 100 lbs.
• Driver's license

Responsibilities

• Properly prepare all items to be shipped and received on a daily basis
• Notify and communicate to appropriate parties of shipment status
• Place all items received for stock into the appropriate location on a daily basis
• Monitor and maintain accurate and appropriate inventory levels
• Maintain the warehouse area in a neat and orderly fashion
• Back up driver for the delivery, set-up and pick up of DME equipment, supplemental oxygen products and supplies to home care patients
• Provide patient/client orientation instructing on the proper use of equipment
• On call (roughly 1 week every 8 weeks).
• Perform other tasks as assigned or necessary
