About The Position

The Store Warehouse Representative ensures that products are moved and stored in an efficient, organized and safe manner throughout the stores. This position is key to guaranteeing that the merchandise in our stores is in the right place at the right time.

Requirements

1-3 months warehouse or retail store experience
Friendly, outgoing personality
Resourceful
Diligent about completing tasks
High School Diploma or GED
English Fluency

Responsibilities

Unload and load palettes of products from trucks and count and record products items to ensure inventory accuracy.
Transfer products and other materials from receiving, staging, and storage areas to other designated areas according to predetermined sequence such as, size, type, style, color, product, or product code (as determined by relevant manager).
Fill requisitions, work orders, or request for materials, tools, or other stock items on behalf of the retail team and ensure items are delivered to relevant team members.
Assemble transfer orders from stock and place orders on pallets or shelves and prepare transfer order materials for pick-up.
Maintain inventory records from receiving to sale or transfer. This includes marking and organizing materials on palettes or in storage, as well as ensuring the accuracy of digital inventory records of the store.
Assist with the assembly of merchandising setups in-store, including occasional assembly of products.
Complete packaging, shipping labels and handoff to third party shippers for online orders fulfilled from the store.
Promote and observe an environment of safety and compliance in the warehouse at all times, including maintaining a clean and orderly area and adhering to dress code and safety regulations for warehouse team members (e.g. safety belt, steel-toed boots, safety knives, gloves, etc.).
Operate heavy machinery such as forklifts, pallet jacks and scissor lifts to move merchandise around the warehouse and maintain safety certifications to operate the appropriate machinery.
Greet customers with a warm smile and friendly greeting whenever they walk within ten feet of you.
Be responsive and take ownership of any customer issues in collaboration with your manager.
Pitch in with any other store operations, including servicing customers from other departments as needed, restocking or counting inventory and other tasks your manager may request.
Demonstrate a Customer Centric attitude by always greeting and serving customers in an engaging and friendly manner and going above and beyond to understand each customer and solve for each one’s unique need.
