About The Position
The Store Trainer is responsible for fostering high engagement, productivity, and retention of new members by organizing and delivering quality training experiences throughout the store. This role includes supporting the New Member Connections program, Retail Ops training initiatives, and ensuring compliance with operational learning pathways. The Store Trainer also plays a key role in onboarding new members, maintaining training records, and providing guidance to team trainers to enhance their training efforts.
