The Store Manager is directly responsible for the overall financial performance and operations of the store, leading teams and individuals, and focusing on the delivery of exceptional customer service. Duties include, but are not limited to, food safety and cleanliness, workplace safety, P&L management, labor, shrink, inventories, staffing, and directly coaching and developing team members. Work schedule involves weekends, nights, holidays, and flexibility as needed to properly manage daily operational and customer service standards.
