About The Position

The Store Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, ensuring high retail standards, and fostering a positive work environment. Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a Store Leadership role
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to prioritize and delegate tasks effectively

• Excellent interpersonal, motivational, team building and leadership skills
• Possess sound judgement and the ability to remain level headed and fair minded

Responsibilities

• Ensure the highest retail standards for store execution, cleanliness and maintenance are being met or exceeded at all times.
