About The Position

As a Team Leader at Wild Fork, you will support store leadership by overseeing daily operations, delegating tasks, monitoring team performance, and ensuring store objectives are met. This role involves fostering team collaboration, implementing innovative strategies to boost productivity, and providing a 'Personal Chef' experience to customers, while also training sales leaders to do the same.   • The availability to work a flex schedule, working various hours and shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

  • Takes initiative and is able to collaborate with the SSL on the implementation of new ideas.
  • Wild Fork experience for a minimum of 6 months.

Nice To Haves

  • Systems capabilities preferred: SAP Order Management Systems Microsoft Office
  • High school degree or GED preferred
  • Previous retail supervisory experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Deliver best in class customer service and ensure all team members have the knowledge and confidence to do so.
  • Be a subject matter expert in all product categories and programs, cascading knowledge to team members.
  • Act as a Brand Ambassador, showing passion for people and customers.
  • Handle customer complaints and partner with Customer Service and QA as outlined in SOPs.
  • Ensure all employees adhere to company policies and guidelines.
  • Conduct on-the-job training for all new joiners, including onboarding, online learning, product knowledge, and understanding company tools and goals.
  • Collaborate with the SSL to ensure new joiners' schedules allow for 2 weeks of shadowing and training.
  • Lead continuous training programs and promote full participation (e.g., Chew on This, Wild Chef, Product Training, new processes).
  • Attend marketing and new product training calls, and work with the SSL to ensure employees receive detailed information on upcoming campaigns, products, and events.
  • Collaborate with SSL to evaluate employee performance and identify training needs.
  • Supervise and motivate Sales Leaders to perform their best.
  • Assist the SSL in planning and implementing strategies to attract customers with local marketing.
  • Coordinate daily customer service operations (e.g., sales processes, orders, inventory).
  • Maintain working knowledge of company goals, KPIs, and store performance to drive sales results.
  • Track the progress of weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual objectives.
  • Serve as the SSL’s support to cover activities in their absence, including monitoring sales, KPIs, inventory, money handling, marketing updates, and pricing.
  • Monitor and maintain store inventory, communicating on-hand and out-of-stock products to the team and customers.
  • Execute other related duties as assigned.
