About The Position
The ideal SKIMS store support is independent, motivated, results oriented and committed to providing outstanding customer experiences every day. A day in a Life… Maintain highest level of organization of back stock and maintain visual standard of the SKIMS shop Owner of organization and SKIMS visual standards in the shop in shop Ensure shapewear boxes, panty consoles, racks & nesting tables are full and neat at all times. Ensure fixtures are cleaned and maintained. Monitor backstock to keep key items filled in at all times and communicate with Skimbassador if styles or sizes are running low Responsible for running a replenishment stock list for inventory needs; then escalate needs monthly using provided template. Ensure product is constantly filled in throughout the day. Assist in maintaining clean and organized selling floors and stockrooms Provide general support to the department, e.g. set up special events, organize backroom, markdowns, and relocate store fixtures
Requirements
- A high level of ownership, accountability and initiative
- Had success working in a fast-paced environment thanks to your ability to prioritize multiple tasks
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- The skills to use of a variety of technology and new computer applications
- The ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs
- Continuous movement for 6-8 hours per shift, which includes frequent bending, twisting, squatting, flexing and reaching in order to handle merchandise and assist customers.
- Frequent use of hands for grasping, fine manipulation, pushing and pulling
- Handle bulky and sometimes awkwardly shaped items, which includes reaching for and lifting these items above the head.
- Regularly lift items weighing up to 10 pounds and occasionally up to 25 pounds
