Our unwavering commitment to addressing the unique needs of our communities drives us to continuously evolve. Provides oversight, guidance and support to team members as directed by Store Manager. Drives results through the proper handing and processing of all donations to meet production and sales goals. Utilizes reports and leads team members by assisting with training, coaching and developing skills to achieve results. Maintains a clean, safe, and organized work area. Effectively and efficiently manages a broad range of retail activities, including scheduling and opening/closing procedures, while ensuring completion of the leader checklist. Supports Goodwill NCW’s mission through employment and training of people with different abilities. Supports recruitment by interviewing and selecting candidates aligned with the organization’s mission and values and ensures successful onboarding for all team members in partnership with Store Manager. Other duties as assigned.
