About The Position
Chip Cookies is hiring a Store Supervisor for our Holladay location. The Store Supervisor is responsible for helping lead day-to-day store operations and supporting a small team in delivering a great customer experience. This role reports directly to the Multi-Unit Manager and plays an important part in training team members, maintaining product quality, and keeping store operations running smoothly.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Strong customer service skills
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Self-starter with a proactive mindset
- Coachable and eager to learn
- Ability to lead by example
- Must have availability between 10:00 AM and 10:00 PM
- This position is not a fit for current high school students due to scheduling requirements
Nice To Haves
- Previous supervisor or management experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Lead the store with integrity and uphold Chip Cookies values
- Supervise and support team members during shifts
- Train employees on Chip Cookies systems and operational standards
- Provide excellent customer service
- Bake cookies and prepare frosting
- Assist with dough production and maintain dough quality standards
- Ensure the Cookie of the Week is prepared on time
- Help with scheduling and shift coverage
- Coordinate with team members through work group chat
- Screen applicants and assist with interviews
- Operate the cash register
- Help manage inventory and put truck orders away
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the store
- Support management with additional store operations as needed
